Important points to remember
- Do not overcook capsicum as it tastes bitter when overcooked.
- Consume it within 3 to 5 hours of being cooked as after that the pranic energy of cooked food decreases.
- Remember to turn off the flame when you add tomatoes because, as per satvic philosophy, we should not cook tomatoes directly over the flame.
