Ingredients
- 300g lauki/ bottle gourd (cut into small pieces)
- ½ cup water
- 2 medium-sized tomatoes (finely chopped)
- 1 green chilli (finely chopped)
- 2 tablespoon ginger (finely chopped)
- ¼ teaspoon haldi/ turmeric powder
- ½ teaspoon jeera sabut/ cumin seeds (lightly roasted & crushed)
- ¼ teaspoon kali mirchi/ black pepper (crushed)
- ½ teaspoon sendha namak/ rock salt (according to taste)
- 2 tablespoon natural peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
Method

- Take a clay pot and add ½ cup water & chopped lauki (bottle gourd) to it.
- Cook it for 15-20 minutes on low flame and mix lightly in between.
- When it becomes soft, add ginger and turmeric powder after mixing it with ¼ tsp of water.
- After 3 to 4 minutes, add chopped tomatoes, green chillies, jeera, kali mirchi, peanut butter, and turn off the flame.
- Mix well, garnish with fresh dhania leaves and cover with a lid for 5 minutes.
